The short version

This website is a pure information page for the SmokeCurve app. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics services. No fonts, maps, or videos are loaded from third-party servers. There is no tracking.

Server log files

When you visit the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data that the hosting provider stores in log files: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type, and operating system. This data is required to deliver the site and to keep the server secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). This data is not combined with any other data.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored is your cookie choice itself (in your browser's local storage, key sc_consent), so the notice does not reappear on every visit. This storage is technically necessary within the meaning of Section 25 (2) of the German TDDDG and works without consent; you can reset it at any time via the cookie settings or delete it in your browser.

The "Statistics" toggle in the cookie settings is prepared but currently has no function: no analytics service is integrated. If that ever changes, nothing will load before you agree.

Links to app stores

The app links lead to Apple (and, in the future, Google). Only when you click them does the respective provider receive data from you; their privacy policy then applies. Nothing is transmitted to Apple or Google from this page.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact the email address above.
